20-Year-old Terryon Thomas is alleged of killing his therapist. Known for his personality on social media platforms such as TikTok, he is socially known as Mr. Prada. Going from TikTok to jail on these alleged crimes, that if found guilty, could leave the TikToker facing the death penalty. The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office found 69-year-old William Nicholas Abraham’s body wrapped in a tarp alongside Highway 51 on Sept. 29th, 2024. Mr. Abraham’s cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma to the head, neck and shoulders. Williams Nicholas Abraham was a therapist and a well-known figure in the Baton Rouge community. Often referred to as “Dr. Nick” as he was a licensed counselor and life coach. He worked with many people of the LQBTQ+ community treating abuse, anxiety and depression. TikTok has increasingly grown over the years. Having over 1.58 billion users, Terryon Thomas, a.k.a Mr. Prada, was one of those users having over 4 million followers. Mr. Thomas became Infamous for his comedic and relatable videos. Detectives began looking for a person of interest and released a photo of who they claim to have been driving Mr. Abraham’s car the following day. The images surfaced online and soon fans of Mr. Prada began noticing the photos online were of their beloved TikToker. Trying to flee from the situation. Mr. Thomas bought a bus ticket to Dallas Texas, where soon after an arrest was made and Mr. Thomas was apprehended in Dallas according to online jail records obtained from Dallas County Jail. He’s remained in jail without bond since October 2024. On January 16, 2025, the case involving Mr. Thomas decided to proceed to trail. Charged with murder, aggravated criminal damage to property, obstruction of justice and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Mr. Thomas could face the death penalty if found guilty of these charges. Fans of Mr. Prada spoke out against claims by saying months before the incident Mr. Prada was experiencing many moments of depression from a recent break-up as well as claiming to be “Bi-Polar”. Despite what’s shared online, Mr. Thomas remains in jail while he awaits his trial date. |
